You will build end-to-end, AI-driven solutions focusing on task automation and intelligent agents.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Python full-stack applications with AI capabilities.
• Build and orchestrate autonomous AI agents for workflow automation and decisioning.
• Integrate OpenAI models for reasoning, summarization, and agent coordination.
• Implement Co-Pilot-style experiences for intelligent user assistance.
• Develop task automation pipelines using agents, schedulers, and event triggers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience (Python backend and modern frontend frameworks).
• Practical experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents (planning, memory, tool usage).
• Expertise in REST APIs, async processing, background workers, and microservices.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/LLM-based applications and prompt engineering.
• Experience working within MCP and MKS environments.
• Proficiency with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Experience with task schedulers and job orchestration frameworks.
