Description

Build and maintain backend services, data pipelines, and RESTful APIs within a cloud environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Design efficient SQL queries and optimize relational database storage.
• Deploy scalable solutions using AWS services including S3, EKS, and Redis.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems by collaborating with data science teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python programming and backend service development.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically S3, EKS, and Redis.
• Experience designing RESTful services, particularly with FastAPI.
• Ability to work with distributed computing infrastructure.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ray or Dask clusters for distributed computing.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM projects and NLP techniques.
• Frontend development experience using React.
