Description

You will design, develop, and manage autonomous text generation systems. You own the full lifecycle of AI/ML models, from data preparation to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune AI/ML models for text generation projects.
• Implement NLP techniques, including text parsing and sentiment analysis.
• Manage data lifecycles: cleaning, labeling, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.
• Develop and deploy transformer-based architectures, such as GPT models.
• Apply machine learning algorithms to solve complex analytical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer models.
• Expertise in data pre-processing and augmentation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience developing AI agents.
