Description

Build and deploy production-grade Generative AI systems handling large-scale unstructured data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Generative AI models into production environments, moving beyond research or POC stages.
• Manage large-scale data processing pipelines involving millions of documents with high volume, velocity, and variety.
• Develop and implement autonomous agents and text generation workflows.
• Fine-tune AI/ML models and manage data pre-processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation.
• Apply NLP techniques for text parsing, sentiment analysis, and transformer-based model implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Mastery of Python and AI-centric libraries including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Proven track record of moving Gen AI projects from development to production.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures like GPT.
• Advanced knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text generation.
• Experience handling large-scale, unstructured datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and data management techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vertex AI and Gemini.
• Background in insurance or banking sectors.
