Description

You will design and develop application solutions using generative models, RAG, and vector databases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflow systems.
• Research and track advancements in generative AI technologies and best practices.
• Optimize and fine-tune generative models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues related to model implementations and workflows.
• Build efficient data pipelines and manage large datasets for model training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Deep understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience building and managing data pipelines.
• Knowledge of vector databases and vector search.
• Ability to measure model outputs with bias and fairness awareness.

Preferred Skills

• Experience fine-tuning models for specific domain applications.
• Background in evaluating model performance and scalability.
