Description

You will implement, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models and LLM-based applications. You own the end-to-end lifecycle from prompt engineering and RAG system development to production monitoring and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and fine-tune generative AI models and LLMs using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, including prompt engineering and RAG systems.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and API development for AI applications.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models in production environments using Docker.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities and ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development with exposure to Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG Systems.
• Experience with LangChain and Hugging Face ecosystems.
• Practical knowledge of Docker for containerization.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative AI tools like LlamaIndex.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI/ML environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
