Description

Implement and fine-tune generative AI models, build AI-powered workflows, and deploy models to production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and fine-tune generative AI models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Develop AI-powered workflows using prompt engineering and RAG techniques.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models in production using Docker.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and API development for AI applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Proficiency with Docker and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, or LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning techniques.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI/ML environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
