• 5+ years of total professional experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Agent development.
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), agent orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, context engineering, and knowledge retrieval.
• Experience developing autonomous, tool-using, planning, and multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, observability tools, and AI guardrails
