Description

You will design and implement production-grade Generative AI features using Large Language Models and multimodal architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and prompt engineering.
• Develop Python backend services with FastAPI, Flask, or Django to support AI agents and multi-step workflows.
• Fine-tune and align open-source LLMs using advanced ML frameworks.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into products such as chatbots, co-pilots, and content generation systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development and Generative AI solutions.
• Expertise in Python programming.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Proficiency in building and optimizing RAG Pipelines.
• Solid background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning principles.
• Experience working with Vector Databases.
• Familiarity with FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
