Description

You will design and develop Python and Go applications and automation frameworks for public cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python and Go applications and tooling for Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines and in-house tooling.
• Investigate production issues and provide technical support for debugging application failures.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Produce proof of concepts for new development areas and collaborate with global infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience with Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development.
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, GoDog, or behave.
• Proficiency with database technologies, specifically NoSQL modeling, testing, and performance tuning.
• Experience working with globally dispersed teams across different time zones.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies using tools like Jira or Rally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and OPA.
• Experience designing Azure applications and using Azure PaaS services.
