Description

You will develop and maintain server-side applications using Python or Java.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement REST and SOAP web services.
• Develop backend services using Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Manage data persistence using SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Implement application security standards including SSL, OAuth, and SAML.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Expertise in Python and Java server-side programming.
• Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Flask or Django.
• Proficiency with MongoDB and SQL (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with data access layers (JDBC, Hibernate, or Python ORMs).
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as Spring or Struts.
• Experience with version control using Git and Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to containerization using Docker and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, or JavaScript.
