Description

Lead engineering efforts to design, develop, and deploy scalable Python-based web applications and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own code quality through direct contribution and technical reviews.
• Drive architectural decisions in consultation with engineering leadership.
• Manage solution delivery into production in coordination with operations teams.
• Mentor developers and assist with technical hiring and team growth.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• 4+ years of experience leading development teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Expertise in Python programming and server-side logic.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures within AWS.
• Proficiency with web technologies including HTML/XML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and HTTP.
• Knowledge of XSL/XSLT and XPath.
• Experience with data pipelines or distributed message queues.
