Description

Lead technical development and architecture within an AWS-centric environment, building serverless applications and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda with Python or Java.
• Design and implement data pipelines using AWS Glue and Redshift Spectrum.
• Manage cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3, Route53, and CloudWatch.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and database interactions within RDS and Redshift.
• Utilize AWS CLI, SDKs, and service APIs to automate cloud workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.
• Deep understanding of AWS architecture, best practices, and cloud computing.
• Direct experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Route53, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with native ETL tools including AWS Glue, AWS RDS, and Redshift.
• Practical knowledge of AWS service APIs, CLI, and SDKs.
• Familiarity with Oracle or MS SQL Server.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ab Initio or Informatica ETL tools.
• Knowledge of Java for Lambda development.
