Responsibilities

• Lead development teams to deliver application requirements and manage stakeholder priorities.
• Review designs for Java-based applications and REST APIs to ensure scalability and resilience.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to implement continuous monitoring and improve system scale.
• Provide L3 support and assist with regulatory compliance and audits.
• Maintain code quality by preventing technical debt through regular housekeeping.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• In-depth understanding of Python.
• Experience reviewing and implementing Java-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of REST API design and implementation.
• Experience working with architecture teams to achieve system resilience.
• Ability to manage technical debt and perform regular code housekeeping.
• Proven ability to lead teams.
• Graduate degree in any field.
