Description

Lead backend engineering and AI integration for scalable, cloud-native applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, or Django.
• Implement Generative AI features, including RAG workflows and vector search systems.
• Manage microservices deployment and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring for the engineering team.
• Optimize API performance, security, and infrastructure via CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Python (3.10+).
• Strong background in backend architecture and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Proficiency in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector search.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation.
• Background in API security and performance optimization.
