Description

Manage and troubleshoot production services and dependencies in a UNIX environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot services and diagnose issues through detailed log analysis.
• Monitor system health and investigate operational incidents within the UNIX environment.
• Manage and troubleshoot dependencies using Pip and Conda.
• Support production systems and resolve incidents promptly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Expertise in UNIX and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with package management tools (Pip, Conda).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Autosys.
• Knowledge of SMTP protocols.
• Experience working with Oracle and/or Mongo databases.
• Understanding of Load Balancers and FDNS.
• Experience managing security certificates.
