You will design, build, and maintain scalable, cloud-native backend systems using Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Python-based microservices.
• Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Ensure reliability and resilience in distributed environments.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
• Support business growth through robust backend solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with Python 3 (OOP, Async Programming, Clean Code).
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and inter-service communication.
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, HTTPS, Secrets Management).
• CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and unit/API testing using pytest.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with messaging queues and event streaming.
• Distributed tracing, logging, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems scalability and fault tolerance.
