Description

You will design, build, and operate backend systems and platform infrastructure at scale.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of major platform initiatives from design through post-launch support.
• Architect and maintain Kubernetes clusters, managing networking, operators, and multi-tenant orchestration.
• Design and optimize distributed services and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP.
• Drive engineering excellence through code quality standards, design reviews, and CI/CD automation.
• Mentor engineers on architecture decisions and partner with Product, AI, and Security teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a deep focus on backend systems and infrastructure.
• Strong production programming skills in Python and/or Golang.
• Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience including building and operating clusters.
• Proven track record of designing and operating distributed systems in production.
• Cloud-native fluency across AWS and/or GCP, covering compute, storage, IAM, and networking.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with applied AI tooling, including agentic AI tools, AI gateways, and agent frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry.
• Multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure experience across AWS, GCP, and on-prem environments.
