Description

Build and maintain production-grade Python services supporting enterprise CMS, search, and automation platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop APIs and backend services that integrate with large-scale digital systems such as web, CMS, and internal tools.
• Modernize enterprise search from lexical to semantic, ML-driven search capabilities.
• Design and implement automation workflows to streamline internal operations.
• Support the development of AI-driven features for intent-based search and relevance improvements.
• Manage containerized deployment and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development within production environments.
• Strong experience building backend systems, APIs, and scalable services.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerized deployment practices.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ML-driven search or semantic search implementations.
• Background in enterprise CMS architectures.
