Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices for business-critical applications.
• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries for performance.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Python and PySpark.
• Collaborate with data engineers and DevOps to ensure system robustness.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and production support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience focused on backend systems.
• Expert proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing workloads.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex projects.
