Description

You will build and maintain the data warehouse used for company reporting and analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Spark.
• Consolidate data assets and build features for the data platform.
• Define company data assets and migrate the data platform into the target environment.
• Develop technical architectures for enterprise projects in partnership with analysts and architects.
• Advise and coach other data professionals on engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a data engineering position.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong experience building data pipelines with Spark.
• Solid understanding of AWS tools (e.g., EMR, Glue).
• Experience with relational, NoSQL data stores, and cloud object stores.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication ability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code solutions, preferably Terraform.
• Production experience with ACID compliant formats (Hudi, Iceberg, Delta Lake).
