Description

You will build and maintain features for an internal AI Assistant application using a distributed technology environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new features for the AI Assistant application based on the product roadmap.
• Develop software iteratively using fast feedback loops, frequent releases, and a shift-left testing approach.
• Perform triage, analysis, and refinement of requirements in collaboration with the Product Lead.
• Manage in-house applications and production services to ensure compliance, quality, and high availability.
• Improve reliability, monitoring, and observability of services across AWS and Azure environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of commercial back-end development experience using Python.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React.js.
• Experience with UI/UX design and frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of Cloud architecture and adoption patterns using AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with continuous delivery tools such as Octopus Deploy or ADO Pipelines.
• Understanding of distributed systems, focusing on performance, scalability, and resiliency.
• Experience with Agile delivery, requirement discovery, and story splitting.
• Strong understanding of testing approaches like TDD to ensure software testability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with chat interface development and OpenAI APIs or other LLMs.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• English proficiency at a B2/C1 level.
