Description

You will design, document, and deploy automation solutions using Python and UiPath to optimize business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities and document software automation requirements.
• Create clear from-to process maps for automated workflows.
• Deploy automations enabled by Gen AI technologies.
• Apply Business Process Re-engineering and Lean methodologies to reduce waste.
• Manage requirements and workflows using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in automation development and requirement documentation.
• Proficiency with Python and UiPath RPA.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Co-pilot.
• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Palantir, or Workato.
• Competency in using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, and G Suite.
• Strong ability to create process maps and systemic problem-solving approaches.
• Background in Business Process Re-engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Lean methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of the Shape Up model.
• RPA/Automation certification.
