Description

You will design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Selenium to ensure software quality. You own the test strategy, defect tracking, and framework evolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and comprehensive test plans.
• Identify, report, and track defects, working directly with developers to resolve issues.
• Enhance test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automation testing.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on Selenium and Python.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex automated test scripts.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Jenkins, TestNG, Flask, and Pandas.
• Skills in Data Analysis and test management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
