You will own the design, development, and release of Python applications while mentoring junior team members and ensuring production stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex Python applications and integrations.
• Define coding standards, review code, and optimize application performance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers on best practices and architecture.
• Support release planning and maintain production stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to handle complex business logic.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of expert-level Python development experience.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience leading development teams and projects.
• Ability to define coding standards and best practices.
• Proven track record of reviewing and optimizing application performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
