Lead the design, development, and support of high-availability consumer lending applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain large-scale, high-traffic consumer-facing systems with complex data integrations.
• Own the technical roadmap to ensure systems remain reliable, scalable, and secure.
• Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, monitoring, and incident response.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, DevOps, and data teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in a leadership role overseeing application development and support.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Python and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Proven experience running large-scale, data-driven consumer websites.
• Strong understanding of modern CI/CD and deployment practices.
• Experience with data analysis tools and workflows.
• Ability to bridge technical details with business needs.
