Description

You will own the development and architectural direction of AI-focused services, turning proofs-of-concept into production-quality systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize proofs-of-concept into scalable, maintainable AI services.
• Prototype and design GenAI and agentic solutions for business needs.
• Implement CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Own component- and project-level code, architecture, and production reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote practical AI engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong Python skills with 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Solid command of Linux environments and version control using GitHub.
• Familiarity with development tools including VSCode.
• Exposure to CI/CD tooling like Jenkins.
• Understanding of Agile or SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices and tools.
• Background in GenAI or agentic solution design.
