Description

You will lead the end-to-end development and configuration of Python-based software systems to meet specific project requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and customization of software solutions to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate software solutions.
• Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark.
• Experience with Django or Flask web frameworks.
• Knowledge of NLP and ML packages, including Word Embedding and Feature Engineering.
• Experience with Text Similarity, Sentiment Analysis, Text Classification, and Clustering.
• Practical application of Search Indexing and Fuzzy Matching.
• Working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with R programming language.
