Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team through full project lifecycles.
• Define and enforce Python development standards and code quality guidelines.
• Manage engineering workflows to ensure consistent team delivery.
• Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex implementation challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Proven experience in a Team Lead or technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Experience managing project lifecycles and team delivery.
• Ability to work onsite in Plymouth, Minnesota from day one.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
