Lead technical initiatives and deliver scalable software solutions using Python and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery by implementing best practices and design patterns.
• Mentor junior developers and support team technical growth.
• Implement process and technical improvements to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile and Scrum environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Expertise in Python and PythonScript.
• Strong background in object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Proven experience with AWS services: EC2, RDS, SES, S3, and Lambda.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools including CI/CD, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Practical application of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Jira.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing in C#.
• Previous exposure to the banking and financial services domain.
• Experience migrating applications between different technology stacks.
