Description

Lead the technical direction and architecture for engineering projects. You will own the release pipeline, mentor the team, and resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Define software architecture, select technology stacks, and establish technical standards.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure code quality.
• Mentor engineers, guiding their technical growth and resolving complex debugging issues.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, specifically React and NextJS.
• Experience with testing tools such as Playwright and Vitest.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge in AWS or GCP (one required).
• Deployment and containerization expertise with Docker and GitLab.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with observability tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or Grafana.
• Project management experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
