Description

You will design and implement scalable CCaaS and conversational AI solutions, owning the full lifecycle from NLU modeling to cloud infrastructure and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement conversational IVR, NLU/NLP models, intent orchestration, and speech-to-text integrations.
• Build secure cloud infrastructure on GCP using GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Optimize CCaaS operations including ACD, skills-based routing, omnichannel capabilities, and campaign management.
• Execute integrations and migrations using CCaaS APIs, CRM/CTI, SIP/WebRTC, and transition legacy platforms to cloud.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Salt, Git, and Jenkins, ensuring robust observability and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• Python and Java development with 4+ years of experience.
• Strong background in microservices architecture and API design.
• Experience with Spring Boot or Vert.x frameworks.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Maven, Salt, Git, and Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL, and message streaming (Kafka).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Apigee, and Cloud Functions.
• Background in contact center technologies and telephony protocols (SIP/WebRTC).
