You will lead technical design and implementation while staying hands-on with development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and implementation of the application.
• Conduct code reviews, refactoring, and debugging activities.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and design patterns across the team.
• Review and guide development work to ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of strong, hands-on experience with Python and Django framework.
• Proficiency in Python and Django.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Expertise with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS Cloud, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Skills in React and Unit Testing.
• Ability to perform Performance Tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Django Ninja, MySQL, or ORM optimization.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture or Agile/Scrum.
