Description

You will lead technical troubleshooting, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the long-term maintainability of complex Python-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve product issues by identifying symptoms and performing root cause analysis.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Manage production incidents and system maintenance to ensure code stability.
• Make technology recommendations that balance technical requirements with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles with a track record of delivering complex assignments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Strong SQL skills for working with large, complex data sources.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop and Impala.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, Netezza, and SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, web applications, and microservices architecture.
• Full-stack development experience.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and SAFe ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
