Description

Build and maintain AI-driven Python applications and enterprise UiPath automation systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based web applications, backend services, and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted tools.
• Design, develop, and test UiPath automation workflows, including REFramework, Document Understanding, and custom libraries.
• Build AI-driven components leveraging Agentic AI frameworks and integrate LLMs into business workflows.
• Write and execute unit tests using pytest or unittest to validate code correctness and quality.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for stability and performance while documenting procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in core Python development with strong OOP and data structure knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• 4+ years of experience designing and maintaining enterprise-scale UiPath automation systems.
• Experience with Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and integrating LLMs into applications.
• Knowledge of Python data/ML libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Understanding of unit testing tools (pytest, unittest) and test automation practices.
• Experience working with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, and Product Owners.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Academy Developer certification.
• Knowledge of payment solutions and banking applications.
