Description

Develop and maintain application systems using Python and DevOps practices. You will own the full lifecycle from analysis and coding to testing, debugging, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Identify system enhancements and define necessary improvements using script tools and code analysis.
• Consult with stakeholders and technology groups to recommend and implement programming solutions.
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities, conduct security assessments, and perform rigorous testing and debugging.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior analysts while operating with autonomy and limited supervision.
• Assess risk and make evaluative judgments to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• Python programming and script development.
• DevOps methodologies and application development lifecycle management.
• System analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Testing frameworks and vulnerability analysis.
• 2-5 years of experience in Applications Development, preferably within Financial Services.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, compliance, and security issues.
