Description

You will design and develop scalable, high-performance multi-tiered applications using Python and FastAPI. You own the full backend lifecycle, from architecture to live support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs (FastAPI) and LDAP services.
• Manage data integration from multiple sources, utilizing strong database concepts.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams, architects, and UI/UX designers to define requirements and ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot live applications and address user queries while contributing to process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Python development.
• Expertise in at least one major Python framework: FastAPI, Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and database concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of multi-process cloud architecture and Python threading limitations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Git, and Docker.
