Description

Lead the end-to-end setup and implementation of OpenShift-based container infrastructure for GenAI workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Drive GPU infrastructure enablement on OpenShift for AI/ML and GenAI use cases.
• Build and automate platform workflows and tooling using Python.
• Define platform standards, operational best practices, and implementation roadmap.
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and security teams to ensure production-ready delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python for automation and tooling.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift cluster management.
• Proven experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Strong background in GPU infrastructure enablement for AI workloads.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to mentor team members and provide technical leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI workload optimization on container platforms.
• Background in defining and enforcing platform security standards.
