Lead large-scale transformation projects through strategic solution design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Devise technical strategies for large transformation projects.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of web technologies.
• Solve complex technical problems and make critical architectural decisions.
• Apply unit testing or test-driven development practices to ensure code quality.
• Communicate technical solutions through formal presentations and documentation.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of IT technical lead experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Experience with unit testing or test-driven development (TDD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multitasking and organizational requirements.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
