• Design, develop, and implement Java-based web technologies.

• Apply unit testing or test-driven development practices to ensure code quality.
• Manage multiple tasks and technical requirements with high attention to detail.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of IT technical lead experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Java-based web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in technical design and implementation.
• Strong communication skills for interviewing and presentations.
• Experience with unit testing or TDD.
