Description

You will design and build AI-driven agents to improve user experiences across voice, text, and multi-modal interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents for customer support, decision-making, and automated workflows.
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems into production applications.
• Connect AI agents with knowledge bases and transactional systems via APIs and databases.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver scalable AI features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production-level Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating RAG systems.
• Proficiency with LangChain and vector stores like FAISS or Pinecone.
• Experience with REST API development and integration.
• Knowledge of multi-modal interfaces, including familiarity with STT/TTS technologies.
• Proven ability to connect systems to databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in data contracts (e.g., protobuf).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-modal interfaces and STT/TTS technologies.
