Description

You will manage and operate enterprise-scale AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalable and distributed cloud environments. You will translate user stories into workable solutions, leveraging Python and Bash for automation and scripting against the AWS CLI.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC configurations.
• Script automation and debugging using Python and Bash.
• Manage enterprise solutions leveraging CloudFormation, CloudFront, Route53, and IAM.
• Plan and execute work within Sprint and Increment Planning using JIRA and Git.
• Understand user requirements and build scalable, high-performance cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience.
• 3+ years specifically operating and managing AWS infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in EC2, Accounts, VPC, Security Groups, and EBS.
• Experience with AWS services: CloudFormation, RDS, CloudFront, VPC, Route53, IAM, CloudWatch, Beanstalk, Lambda.
• Proficiency in Linux scripting and automation using Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes container services.
• Experience with JIRA, Git, and Confluence.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to understand user stories.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing enterprise-scale solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS user, security, and networking configurations.
