Description

You will develop and maintain a platform that runs algorithms and expert systems to predict demand within customer data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write code for the solution using modern C++ and Python.
• Validate functional requirements with product managers throughout the development cycle.
• Collaborate with data scientists to build a platform for forecasting algorithms.
• Maintain and support developments based on customer feedback.
• Own code through all stages of the software development life cycle, including analysis, architectural design, and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, specifically with numpy, pandas, fastapi, and asyncio.
• Experience with modern C++.
• Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Basic understanding of Docker.
• Strong mathematical and statistical mindset.
• Ability to optimize hardware resources and manage computational complexity.
• Master’s in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience applying time series forecasting algorithms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and Azure Cloud.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
