Description

Lead a team of software engineers while contributing hands-on code in Java and Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop high-complexity, system-level software applications based on user requirements.
• Implement unit testing and resolve defects identified across various testing cycles.
• Manage Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products within project lifecycles.
• Apply SDLC best practices to ensure robust delivery.
• Mentor engineers and guide technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience across relevant platforms.
• Proficiency with Java, J2EE, and EJB.
• Strong knowledge of C and C++.
• Experience with SQL and CGI.
• Familiarity with application servers and database server architecture.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated experience as an application developer on projects of similar scope.
