You will build and maintain backend services using Python and Kafka.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop streaming data pipelines using Kafka.
• Design and implement scalable APIs.
• Handle data serialization and deserialization processes.
• Integrate various services and backend components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency with Python and the Pydantic library.
• Experience with Kafka for data streaming.
• Strong API design and development skills.
• Hands-on experience with JSON Schema.
• Knowledge of serialization and deserialization techniques.
• Experience using Bazel build systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX.
