Description

You will develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js, owning the full lifecycle from design to production support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in PostgreSQL or Snowflake.
• Build ETL pipelines and data workflows to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Python and/or Node.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (procedures, functions, performance tuning) or Snowflake (data pipelines, transformations).
• Proficiency in SQL optimization and query performance tuning.
• Experience with ETL workflows, data integration, and API development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience working in an Agile environment with offshore/onshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Pipelines.
