Description

You will own the automated testing lifecycle for UI and REST API applications using Python and Robot Framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
• Architect and enhance scalable automation frameworks for UI and REST API testing.
• Integrate testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines and manage defect tracking to resolution.
• Partner with development teams to define requirements, test scenarios, and robust test plans.
• Perform API, UI, functional, regression, and exploratory testing in Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of deep proficiency in Python, including OOPS concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for automation.
• Experience with API automation, UI/functional testing, and regression testing.
• Proficiency with Linux environments and version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Cucumber BDD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with L2/L3 networking protocols or telecom/5G domains.
• Exposure to cloud concepts and tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
