Description
You will manage production support and system health monitoring for big data environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Spark jobs and system health continuously to ensure stability.
- Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing Spark logs and using monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
- Resolve technical incidents following established SOPs.
- Communicate problem statements clearly in client-facing scenarios.
- Develop small automation scripts to assist with support tasks.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in production support or data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Spark and Hadoop.
- Proficiency in Python and Scala.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
- Experience with Big Data ecosystems.
- Ability to debug code and interpret complex system logs.
- Any Graduate degree.
