Description

Build and modernize legacy banking systems using Python and UiPath, leveraging AI-driven development tools to accelerate delivery and ensure quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted tools to generate Python web applications, backend services, and automation solutions while ensuring adherence to OOP principles.
• Design, develop, and test UiPath automation workflows, including REFramework, Document Understanding, and custom libraries.
• Build AI-driven components using Agentic AI frameworks and integrate LLMs into workflows through prompt engineering and model interaction design.
• Execute unit tests using pytest or unittest to validate functionality and compliance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Agile squads, Business Analysts, and QA teams to define, automate, and deliver process improvements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on core Python development experience with strong understanding of syntax, data structures, and design principles.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Experience with Python data/ML libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• 4+ years of experience designing and maintaining enterprise-scale automation systems using UiPath.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Product Suite, including Queues, Libraries, and deployment of bots and robots.
• Experience building AI agents (Agentic AI architecture) and integrating LLMs into applications.
• Understanding of unit testing tools (pytest, unittest) and test automation best practices.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Academy Developer certification.
• Knowledge of payment solutions and banking applications.
