Description

Manage quality assurance documentation, micro swab data, and inventory within a food manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the micro swabbing database, perform swabs, and manage shipments.
• Manage inventory for swabbing supplies and organize designated work areas.
• Execute paperwork and spreadsheet tasks for the plant Hold Process using SAP.
• Update SAP spreadsheets, write maintenance notifications, and file daily product analysis reports.
• Retrieve quality samples from the production floor and prepare or update SSOPs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Kleanz software and EOL.
• Ability to manage data entry across Excel and SAP systems.
• Physical capability to stand, sit, walk through the plant, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends for plant clean-up activities as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SSOP preparation and maintenance notifications.
